It was a chance for him to ex-press the claims of Christ to a great numberof people. It is true that the Apostle was awarethat the city contained "many adversaries," buteven this prospect was not insurmountable toPaul.The city is home to 70 percent of Americanfamilies. There aren't many people down on thefarm any more.
