Telepraca jest wprowadzana wolniej niż wynikałoby to z formułowanych

W pierwszej kolejności ujęto czynniki stymulujące wprowadzanie telepracy. W dalszym
ciągu rozważań, dociekania skupiły się na ustaleniu istoty telepracy. Konsekwentnie,
analiza skoncentrowała się na opisie niesprawności i zakłóceń towarzyszących telepracy.
W tym względzie odniesiono się do pracownika oraz organizacji. Zwieńczeniem
rozważań jest charakterystyka działań, które mają przyczynić się do poprawy
funkcjonowania telepracy.Despite of optimistic forecasts from the past, the progress of the telework is slower
than expected. This is due the gap between the technology advancement and
development of society and organizations. The paper discusses the negative
consequences of telework that limit the implementation of telework. In the first part of
the paper, the author highlights the drivers of the telework. In further discussion, the
study focuses on dysfunctions of telework as regards teleworker and organization.
Finally, the author gives solutions that should help to operate telework projects. These
solutions address both teleworkers and organizations
