Complete genome sequence of a copper-resistant bacterium from the citrus phyllosphere, Stenotrophomonas sp. strain LM091, obtained using long-read technology
The Stenotrophomonas genus shows great adaptive potential including resistance to multiple antimicrobials, opportunistic pathogenicity, and production of numerous secondary metabolites.
