Abstract

This study reveals the concern with the theme of “democraticjudi cial decision”, which presupposes the prior recognition, inattention to requi act the validity ments under the law of a democraticstate, the fundamental duty to state reasons democratic and fundamentalright to cons-titucionalmente appropriate response.
