Abstract
以草莓幼叶为试材,进行RAPD反应扩增体系的优化。对模板、dNTP、引物、MgCl2和TaqDNA聚合酶等条件进行优化。结果表明,在20μL的反应体系中,以DNA模板用量25ng,引物用量为0.15μmol·L-1,dNTP用量为120μmo·lL-1,Mg2+用量为2.5mmo·lL-1,TaqDNA聚合酶用量为1.5U为最优反应条件,从而为进一步探索与草莓分子鉴定相关的研究提供了技术支持
