本文主要对盾构掘进机刀盘驱动系统及其关键技术方面展开了深入研究,主要研究了刀盘驱动系统面临的核心问题:刀盘驱动系统控制问题和刀盘驱动系统状态监测问题。刀盘驱动系统控制问题主要包括:刀盘转速跟踪控制问题、刀盘多电机出力同步问题,刀盘驱动系统状态监测问题的核心问题是刀盘驱动系统振动监测及机械故障诊断问题。 针对刀盘驱动系统面临的核心问题,本文研究并建立了刀盘驱动系统动力学模型和刀盘驱动系统多轴振动模型,提出了刀盘驱动系统总体控制策略,刀盘多电机出力同步策略,刀盘驱动系统机械故障诊断方法
