Abstract
以测试关节机器人执行末端的位置精度为目的,研制-套测试系统.系统逼迫在测量点加跟踪镜的方法来确定目标,使用直线运动单元和光探测单元来主动跟踪目标,利用激光干涉仪线性测量模块辱光栅只结合来实现对目标坐标的测量.经试验验证,该系统可实现对平面运动物体位置的实时的、无接触的高精度测量
