Abstract
位置敏感探测器(Position Sensitive Detector, PSD)由于具有较快的响应速度、较高的检测精度、非接触性测量等优点,已在振动检测、精密位移测量等方面发挥出越来越大的作用。本文提出了一种基于PSD 的直线导轨二维运动稳定性测量方法,设计了测量系统,进行了重复性和不同速度下的运动稳定性测量实验,并对测量误差进行了详细分析。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现直线导轨二维运动稳定性的高精度、全行程、连续性测量
