以玉米为材料,采用砂培试验方法,研究了根施甜菜碱对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗根系生长与光合特性的影响.结果表明,根施10mmol·L-甜菜碱能缓解盐胁迫对玉米幼苗的伤害,促进其生长,使根系伸长并改善其水分状况与细胞质膜透性,增强叶片的光合作用
