塔里木河流域城镇经济社会与资源环境系统协调性研究

Abstract
将塔里木河流域分为5个二级流域,对各二级流域城镇经济社会系统和流域资源环境系统进行评价分析.结果表明:塔里木河流域城镇发展差异较大,其中,开都河-孔雀河流域城镇总体发展水平最高,阿克苏-渭干河流域次之,和田河流域城镇总体发展水平最低;东昆仑-阿尔金山北麓流域资源环境系统受人类活动干扰弱,叶尔羌-喀什噶尔河流域生态环境系统较为稳定,开都河-孔雀河流域的资源环境系统脆弱,面临着严峻的资源环境压力.在此基础上分析了经济社会系统与资源环境系统的协调关系,其中叶尔羌-喀什噶尔河流域协调性最高,东昆仑-阿尔金山北麓流域次之,开都河-孔雀河流域协调性最低.将塔里木河流域42个城镇归为城市化超前型、同步协调型、逐步磨合型、城市化滞后型、低级磨合型等5种类型,其中大多数城镇仍处于城市化滞后型和低级磨合型.因此,需要认清经济社会发展与资源环境发展的协调关系,采取适当的发展模式,实现区域经济社会和资源环境的协调发展
