MODERN POLITICAL AND LEGAL ASSESSMENT OF KREVSK UNION 1385 I. BASIUKАдзначана, што Крэўская унія мае глабальнае значэнне ў гісторыі дзяржаўнасці Беларусі, яна паклала пачатак новаму этапу ў развіцці дзяржаўных сувязей Вялікага Княства Літоўскага з Польшчай –этапу персанальных дынастыйных уній, які доўжыўся да Люблінскай уніі 1569 года. Даецца палітыка-прававы аналіз Крэўскай уніі, даследуюцца прычыны яе заключэння і наступствы. Аналізуюцца ацэнкі беларускіх, польскіх і літоўскіх даследчыкаў прававога становішча вялікага князя па ўмовах уніі. Разглядаюцца два магчымыя вектары гістарычнага развіцця Вялікага Княства Літоўскага – заходні (саюз з Польшчай) і ўсходні (саюз з Масквой), паказаны акалічнасці выбару Ягайлам заходняга вектара развіцця Княства. Паказана безгрунтоўнасць сцвярджэнняў крыжакоў аб рэлігійных матывах іх паходаў на Літву. Адзначана, што Крэўская унія аб’ектыўна была выгадна не толькі Вялікаму Княству Літоўскаму і Польшчы, але і народам Усходняй Еўропы, бо аб’ядноўвала сілы супраць агрэсіі крыжакоў, садзейнічала развіццю вытворчых і гандлёвых сувязяў паміж дзяржавамі. Разам з тым унія мела і адмоўны ўплыў на Вялікае Княства, бо садзейнічала экспансіі польскіх феадалаў на яго землі, прымусоваму акаталічванню насельніцтва. = It is noted that Krevsk union is of global importance in the history of the statehood of Belarus, it ushered in a new stage in the development of public relations of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Poland – stage personal dynastyk union, which lasted until the Union of Lublin in 1569. The political and legal analysis Krevsk Union is given, the causes and consequences of its conclusion are examined. The assessment of Belarusian, Polish and Lithuanian researchers of the legal status of the Grand Duke of union conditions are analyzed. Two possible vector historical development Grand Duchy Lithuania are considered – southwest (Union Poland), and northeast (union with Moscow) shown circumstances selection Yahajlo Western vector development Principality. Crusaders shown inconsistency alleged religious motives of their trips to Lithuania. It is noted that Krevsk union objective was beneficial not only to the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Poland, but also the peoples of Eastern Europe, as the united force against the Crusaders aggression contributed to the development of production and trade ties between the states.
