零切角曲面微热管传热性能的实验研究

Abstract
提出一种新型的平板式零切角曲面微热管结构,并对其性能进行了详细的实验研究.研究了充液比、倾角和工质对微热管有效导热系数的影响。结果表明,甲醇在25%充液比时效果最好;丙酮较低功率时充液比20%的热性能较好,较高功率时25%的充液比较好.倾角对传热性能有一定的影响。以甲醇为工质的微热管性能优于丙酮为工质时的性能,此外实验研究过程中还发现了微热管的温度脉动现象,并进行了理论分析
