Abstract
水合反应器的研究与开发是天然气水合物技术产业化的关键之一。介绍了水合物的生成机理,分析了影响水合反应器开发中的传热和传质问题,综述了水合反应器的研究概况,提出了水合反应器结构设计中须提供特殊的机械单元以促进反应器内物料迅速混和、气液固表面快速更新和局部水合反应热迅速移除。指出了当前研究较多的管式、射流式、塔式、流化床和超重力水合反应器的优缺点。由于流化床和超重力水合反应器具有生产效率高、传质和传热性能优异、反应速率快、单位质量水合物生产能耗较低等优点,成为天然气水合反应器进一步研究的重点
