V. PATLISРассмотрены и предложены наиболее приемлемые финансовые механизмы стартапов для Республики Беларусь с учетом существующей мировой практики и действующей нормативной правовой
базы страны. Особое внимание уделено источникам финансирования стартапов на разных стадиях
жизненного цикла. Обоснован выбор финансового механизма с приведением достоинств и недостатков.
Приведенный анализ финансовых механизмов стартапов позволил выявить системные принципы, которые способствуют выявлению взаимосвязи и взаимоотношения между структурными элементами механизмов финансирования.=Review and determine the most appropriate financial mechanisms for start-ups of the Republic of Belarus
with regard to the existing international practice and the existing legal framework of the country. Particular
attention is paid to the sources of financing start-ups at different stages of the life cycle. The choice of financial
mechanism to bringing their strengths and weaknesses. Analysis of financial mechanisms startups revealed systemic
principles that facilitates the identification of the relationship and the relationship between the structural
elements of the funding mechanisms
