VALIDACI 3N DEL ESTUDIO DE REPETIBILIDAD Y REPRODUCIBILIDAD COMO PARTE DEL CONTROL METROL 3GICO EN EL LABORATORIO DE CONTROL DE CALIDAD DE UNA EMPRESA AGROINDUSTRIAL

Abstract

La presente investigaci\uf3n tiene como principal objetivo validar el estudio de repetibilidad y reproducibilidad en los ensayos del laboratorio de control de calidad de una empresa agroindustrial como parte de un control metrol\uf3gico. El desarrollo de la investigaci\uf3n se dividi\uf3 en varias etapas: etapa de diagn\uf3stico donde se aplicaron t\ue9cnicas de recolecci\uf3n de datos como la observaci\uf3n directa, las encuestas y, la recolecci\uf3n y an\ue1lisis de datos hist\uf3ricos aplicando estad\uedstica descriptiva, etapa de evaluaci\uf3n de los m\ue9todos para estudio de repetibilidad y reproducibilidad donde se seleccion\uf3 el m\ue1s adecuado, etapa de esquematizaci\uf3n del control metrol\uf3gico que permiti\uf3 lograr la estandarizaci\uf3n del estudio de repetibilidad y reproducibilidad como parte del control metrol\uf3gico y la etapa de aplicaci\uf3n del estudio que permiti\uf3 determinar la confiabilidad de los ensayos realizados en el laboratorio. Por \ufaltimo se concluy\uf3 que el laboratorio de control de calidad no cumple con todos los requisitos establecidos por la Norma T\ue9cnica ISO 17025-2005, los analistas del laboratorio de control de calidad no poseen el conocimiento adecuado en materia metrol\uf3gica, mientras que le jefa si, el estudio de repetibilidad y reproducibilidad puede aplicarse \ufanicamente al an\ue1lisis de humedad m\ue9todo r\ue1pido espec\uedficamente en las l\uedneas PC1, PN5 y PL3, se seleccion\uf3 el m\ue9todo de promedios y rangos para el estudio R R, se logr\uf3 estandarizar el control metrol\uf3gico y finalmente los resultados de los ensayos realizados en el laboratorio no son confiables. La presente investigaci\uf3n aporta informaci\uf3n vital para establecer un control metrol\uf3gico que involucre estudios de repetibilidad y reproducibilidad. Palabras Claves: Repetibilidad, reproducibilidad, control metrol\uf3gico ABSTRACT This research has as main objective to validate the study of repeatability and reproducibility of laboratory testing for quality control of agroindustrial company as part of a metrological control. The development of the research was divided into several stages: diagnosis stage where data collection techniques were applied as direct observation , surveys , and the collection and analysis of historical data using descriptive statistics, step evaluation of methods to study repeatability and reproducibility which was selected the most appropriate, stage of outlining the metrological control that allowed to standardize the study of repeatability and reproducibility as part of metrological control and the implementation stage of the study that allowed us to determine the reliability of the tests performed laboratory . Finally it was concluded that the quality control laboratory does not meet all the requirements of the Technical Standard ISO 17025-2005 , analysts from laboratory quality control do not have adequate knowledge in metrology field , while the manager does , the study of repeatability and reproducibility can be applied only to the analysis of fast method moisture specifically on PC1, PN5 and PL3 lines , the method of averages and ranges for studying R R was selected, it was possible to standardize the metrological control and eventually the results of the tests performed in the laboratory are not reliable.
