Los animales caprinos pertenecen al g\ue9nero Capra de la especie hircus, constituyendo de hecho un tipo de ganader\ueda muy importante desarrollada en extensas \ue1reas del semi\ue1rido del Estado Lara y en otras regiones del pa\ueds que proporcionan a un n\ufamero significativo de familias campesinas de bajos recursos econ\uf3micos subproductos, tales como leche, carne, pieles, esti\ue9rcol, etc.; por lo que representa un medio de generaci\uf3n de ingresos para el sustento de las unidades familiares que habitan esas regiones poco favorecidas por la naturaleza.
La hip\uf3tesis que orient\uf3 a la investigaci\uf3n fue que el mecanismo de comercializaci\uf3n de los caprinos y sus subproductos depende de tres factores: el peso econ\uf3mico y el tipo de agentes intermediarios intervinientes en la comercializaci\uf3n, la incidencia de la oferta y la demanda de la carne caprina y las condiciones ambientales presentes.
Por la naturaleza de la investigaci\uf3n se tuvo que realizar un trabajo de campo y de gabinete, consistente en entrevistas y encuestas tanto a productores como a intermediarios, mataderos, restauranteros expendedores de carne de caprinos y consumidores.
Mediante el desarrollo del proyecto se pretende identificar plenamente todos los aspectos relacionados con los canales y m\ue1rgenes de comercializaci\uf3n de la producci\uf3n
caprina regional a sistema de pastoreo extensivo a objeto de identificar el estado de ganancia a nivel de intermediaci\uf3n y establecer mecanismos correctivos que permitan a las familias campesinas dedicadas a esta actividad obtener un mayor ingreso econ\uf3mico que les permita mejorar su comdici\uf3n de vida actual.
ABSTRACT
(Determination of channels and trade margins of caprine production on extensive developments at Lara State)
The goats belong to the capra genus of the hircus species, they are a very important livestock kind, developed in big dru areas from Lara State and in other places of the country. This livestock helps to numerous poor families with products like milk, meat, dung and leather, in this way the livestock is a very important medium to producce entries for the families that lives in areas not blessed for the nature.
The hipothesis that oriented this investigation was the mechanism to trade goats and its products depends of 3 factors:
v The economic weight and the kind of trade
v The offer incidence and the capra meat demand
v The enviroment conditions
This investigation was realizated with interviews to the capra producers, owner restaurants and consumer.
This projet pretend to identify all the aspects related with the trade chanels of the capra production and in this way to stablish mechanism to help the families to obtain a bigger entry
