Abstract
Reconociendo, el aislamiento del resto del territorio nacional, que existe poco espacio público dentro del municipio y su vocación turística dada su historia y su estado de conservación, se identifica la necesidad de conectar a Mompox con el centro del país de manera armónica con el patrimonio y el medio ambiente. Para esto se propone la construcción de un puerto turístico y de pasajeros que se favorezca de la intención del Gobierno Nacional de recuperar la navegabilidad por el Río Magdalena.Recognizing, the isolation from the rest of the national territory, that there is scarce public space within the municipality and its tourist vocation given their history and their conservation status, identifies theneed to connect with the Centre of the country to Mompox harmoniously with the heritage and the environment.
