Partiendo de las necesidades de desarrollo empresarial de la región cafetera de Colombia, se evidencian sectores económicos potenciales en la generación de empleo y oportunidades comerciales, por lo que se hace un estudio de las condiciones de infraestructura, inversión y relaciones de un gran porcentaje de empresas de la ciudad de Pereira, y éste corresponde a las micros, pequeñas y medianas empresas. Mipymes como han sido denominadas, son una agrupación de diferentes razones sociales que desde hace varios años vienen impulsando la economía no solo de la ciudad o la región, sino también del país, y ésta razón es el objeto del presente trabajo, proponer un negocio rentable y seguro para éste sector empresarial, que conlleve a alianzas estratégicas que puedan fortalecer el funcionamiento logístico de las organizaciones. Se presenta una visión holística del funcionamiento de la propuesta con los estudios históricos, de mercados, financieros, entre otros, que parte de las necesidades evidenciadas por las mipymes, que logre promover el crecimiento empresarial de la ciudad, mostrando una alternativa pertinente que permitirá al nicho seleccionado disminuir sus costos de operación y otorgarle mayor organización en sus procesos de entrega o recolección, además de un manejo efectivo de la información.Based from the needs of business development of Colombia's coffee-growing region, it is evident that potential economic sectors in the generation of employment and business opportunities, which makes it a study of the conditions of infrastructure, investment and relationships in a large percentage of companies in the city of Pereira, and this corresponds to the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
