El siguiente ejercicio está orientado a construir participativamente una propuesta administrativa que conduzca al fortalecimiento de la asociación artesanal Arte KABAJ, desde la perspectiva del biocomercio. Dicho programa brinda sus herramientas a fin evaluar una condición actual y proyectar un negocio de forma sostenible, con el propósito de crear y apoyar ideas o proyectos que fomenten la conservación y desarrollo económico a partir del uso sostenible de los recursos naturales.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior esta propuesta se construye con la aplicación de la metodología de núcleo básico desarrollada en cuatro fases, la primera la fase la exploratoria permitió la realización del diagnóstico de la asociación concretado en los planes de negocio, uso y aprovechamiento que describen el presente de la asociación en el mercado artesanal, en una segunda fase la de organización permitió asignar compromisos entre los miembros de la asociación y el grupo facilitador durante el transcurso del trabajo de investigación, en la tercera fase la de discusión se identificaron y analizaron los conflictos y potencialidades que presentaba la asociación y en la última fase denominada de acción se concertó conjuntamente la propuesta administrativa. En tal sentido dicha propuesta conducirá a hacer visible este tipo de asociación y resaltar su trabajo artesanal, el cual está regido por valores como el sentido de pertenencia y el eficiente uso de los recursos naturales, reconociendo la necesidad de estas asociaciones que contar con herramientas administrativas que fortalezcan su labor de forma sostenible.This present project is intended to participatively build a administrative proposal that leads to strength the craft partnership Arte KABAL from the biocommerce perspective. Taking into account the above explanation, this proposal is constructed by applying the basic core methodology developed in four phases. First, the explanatory phase that
facilitated the diagnosis of the association that resulted in business plans, use and exploitation that describe the current condition of this partnership in the craft market. The second phase, organising permitted to allocate commitments between the members of the association and the facilitator group during the research work. In the third stage, the discussions serve to identify and analyze conflicts and potentials of this craft partnership. And in the last phase, called actions, the administrative proposal was arranged.
In this regard, this proposal will lead to make this type of partnership visible and to highlight its craftsmanship which is governed by values such as sense of belonging and the efficient use of natural resources, recognizing the need of these types of associations that have administrative tools to strengthen their work in a sustainable way
