El presente trabajó se realizó con el fin de formular un proyecto participativo, para promover el turismo sostenible en la cuenca media del río Otún, el cual responde a la necesidad de planificar el turismo en esta zona por parte de instituciones como CARDER, Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira y personas interesadas en ofrecer servicios turísticos. Mediante el análisis de información secundaria sobre atractivos turísticos, personas interesadas en esta actividad y salidas a campo, se obtuvo como resultado una identificación de personas interesadas y unidades productivas con atractivos turísticos. Posteriormente, se realizó una encuesta que dio como resultado un diagnostico inicial de aspectos sociales- económicos, ambientales, institucionales y turísticos, que limitan o potencializan el desarrollo de la actividad turística en las fincas. Con la anterior información, se procedió a convocar a las personas interesadas para formular un proyecto mediante la herramienta metodológica del Marco Lógico. En la realización de los talleres planteados por la metodología, se obtuvo como resultados: el árbol de problemas, el árbol de objetivos, la matriz de
alternativas, y la matriz final del Marco Lógico con sus respetivos componentes y actividades, que resume y alimenta la formulación del proyecto que busca promover el turismo sostenible en la cuenca media del río Otún.The present work was made with the purpose of formulating a project with the participation of the local community to strengthen the sustainable tourism in the middle basin of the Otún river, which responds due to the necessity from of
planning the tourism in this zone by institutions like the CARDER, the Technological University of Pereira and lenders of tourist services. By means of the analysis with secondary information on the touristic attractive and people interested in these activities, in addition of field work in the zone, it was obtained like result a characterization of interested people and attractive sites for tourist. Later, a survey was made that it gave as result an initial diagnose of economic, social, environmental and institutional aspects, that limits or potencialize the development of the tourist activity in the zone. With in this information, it was come to summon to the people identified in the survey like interested in the development of the project, with the purpose of making a joint work by means of the methodology tool of Logical Framework aproach. In the accomplishment of reunions raised by the methodology of the logical framework aproach, were obtained like results: analysis of the situation, the tree of problems, the tree of objectives, the alternatives matrix, and the final Logical Framework matrix with its respective components and activities, that the formulation summarizes and feeds on the project that looks for to consolidate the
