El proyecto consiste en llevar a cabo la fase de planeación de un sistema de Gestión Ambiental, SGA, conforme a la norma técnica Colombiana NTC ISO 14001 versión 2004, para que la empresa INTEGRANDO LTDA cuente con las herramientas necesarias para atender los impactos ambientales adversos que pueden surgir durante el diseño, fabricación, distribución y desecho de piñones y piezas de ingeniería metalmecánica en general.
El proyecto se inicia 1) Con el análisis de cada una de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en la empresa, con el fin de elaborar los flujos de proceso e identificar los aspectos Ambientales asociados a ellos; esto último con el fin objetivo de determinar los impactos ambientales, benéficos ó adversos, correspondientes a dichos aspectos. 2) Acto seguido se procede a elaborar la matriz de valoración de los aspectos ambientales en condiciones normales de operación y la matriz de valoración en condiciones anormales ó de emergencia, para priorizar los aspectos según orden de importancia.
