Diseño de un curso virtual 2.0 sobre diversidad sexual a partir del diagnóstico de percepción sobre la comunidad LGBTI por parte de un grupo de estudiantes del programa de Licenciatura en Comunicación e Informática Educativa de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado aborda el tema de género específicamente en la comunidad LGBTI y tiene como objetivo general el Diseño de un curso virtual 2.0 sobre diversidad sexual a partir del diagnóstico de percepción sobre la comunidad LGBTI por parte de un grupo de estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Comunicación e Informática Educativa de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Es decir, que este proyecto pretende eliminar todo tipo de tabús existentes en algunosestudiantes de primero y segundo semestre de la Licenciatura en Comunicación e Informática Educativa y fomentar en ellos más conocimiento sobre la comunidad LGBTI, concientizarlos de que es solo una preferencia sexual la que los diferencia de los demás miembros de la sociedad. Este proyecto inició en tercer semestre en las asignaturas de fotografía, teorías de la comunicación, teorías cognitivas y prensa de la Licenciatura en comunicación e Informática Educativa de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, en la visita a la Universidad del Quindío donde se organizó un simposio que tenía como objetivo analizar una problemática social, y tras la búsqueda de una respuesta acertada nació una pregunta sobre ¿cómo asimilaba la ciudadanía en ese entonces a la comunidad LGBTI de la ciudad de Pereira?, pero también se podía ver como una forma de encuentro personal de búsqueda a los interrogantes de cómo era percibida ésta comunidad en la sociedad frente a sus formas de ser, sentir, pensar y vivir. Esta podría ser quizás una vía o un camino por el cual navegar y transitar, o tan sólo de ser la ruptura dentro de la misma disidencia en un aspecto tan prejuicioso como dificultoso que es la opción sexual de cada sujeto dentro de una sociedad; en especial, cuando se trata de una sociedad con preceptos morales que van contra la diferencia y la diversidad.The Universidad Technological of Pereira is found at the regional level as a place where different cultures converge, the young people from the eje Cafetero show their identity through the different areas that exist on the university campus. Different types of cultures can be found such as the punkers, the Rastafarians, the nerds and LGBT community being the last one of the largest, but still encloses a taboo within the society, on the Communication and Informatics educative program of the Universidad Technological of Pereira and being more specific in first and second semester has born the graduation project that addresses the topic of gender on the LGBT community which have as the general objective the Design of a online course 2.0 about sexual diversity, starting from the diagnosis perception over the community by a group of students from the Communication and Informatics Educative program from the Universidad Technological de Pereira. Is intended to generate an online course 2.0 with certain purposes, first educational purposes and second informative purposes, in this order of ideas, some theories from actors such as Pierre Levy y Mariluz Restrepo are going to be used. The first section will be examined under the view of Pierre Levy is based on the form of how the information has to be given to the students from first and second semester from the Licenciatura program, fresh information, based on real context, taking into account “the environments offered by technologic part, for the definition of cultural processes” and looking for the transcendence of the information and carry along an understanding about the LGBT community, on the other hand, the second section under the view of Mariluz Restrepo stating the concept of communication on the platform, due to the fact that, the navigability, the color, the texture of the pictures are the same important as the information since all this aspects reinforce the contents y motivate students at the time of navigate. The process that is realized to arrive to the virtual course 2.0 starts from the reelection of the information, conducting surveys to the students from first and second semester of the Communication and Informatics educative program of the Universidad Technological de Pereira, these surveys show certain results which are mentioned on the project, with these results, the second part can be initiated which is the systematization and the creation of contents in order to conclude with the creation of the web 2.0 online course. The methodological design of the online course is oriented at educational and informative purposes. The design itself gives to the students from first and second semester of the Licenciatura program, the information about the LGBTI community, this information is oriented to the consciousness of the community itself but, long term intention is to transcend in the way that this information educate the students and that the platform can be taken to another environments and to encourage educational programs in schools to combat the phenomenon of Bullying towards LGBT community and another social groups, the new information and education technologies are considered as a great pedagogical and cultural support to the educative institutions, therefore is recognized that this is a first phase of the project that can be oriented to a framework, but which comes from an analysis and a problematic situation that transcend to a web 2.0 which can go beyond in another areas
