This report by the New Economics Foundation (NEF) details the social outcomes and financial impacts of Tomorrow's People's Getting Out to Work (GOTW) initiative in Merseyside, which aims to provide support and advocacy to ex-offenders in gaining access to long-term, sustainable employment.
