Tracked Metal Separator Using for Conveyor Transport of Energy Coal

Import 23/07/2015Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout konstrukční návrh pásového odlučovače kovů pro využití v pásové dopravě energetického uhlí. Pásový odlučovač slouží k separaci kovů z energetického uhlí. V úvodu práce je představena firma Energetika Třinec, a.s., pro kterou je daný odlučovač navržen. Dále je uvedena rešerše různých principů separátorů kovů. Na ni navazuje popis stávajícího stavu zařízení. Následně se práce zabývá návrhem variant. Nejdříve principiálním řešením a následně vhodným umístěním. Dále je vybrána optimální varianta, na kterou navazuje její rozpracování, volba vhodného magnetu, podložené potřebné pevnostní a kapacitní výpočty. K práci je v příloze uvedena potřebné výkresová dokumentace pro výrobu a montáž pásového odlučovače kovů.The thesis focuses on construction design of tracked metal separator for use in conveyor tracked of coal for energy usage. It is used for metal separation from the coal. There is some information about the company Energetika Třinec, a.s. in the beginning of the thesis. The tracked metal separator is designed for this company. After that there is metal separator summary and description of different types of these metal separators with characteristics of actually used one in mentioned company. The next part of thesis is about design of alternative solutions – firstly with its principal solution and then also with its suitable placement. Chosen optimal variant is elaborated with suitable magnet selection and there are capacitive and strength calculations.
