Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj nového digitálního nástroje pro potřeby posouzení pracovních rizik v kadeřnických službách. Účelem nástroje je pomoci osobám samostatně výdělečně činným a zaměstnavatelům s nejvýše 25 zaměstnanci s prováděním jedné ze základních povinností na úseku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Pro naplnění cíle práce je první část věnována rozboru problematiky posouzení rizik a povinnostem plynoucím z legislativy. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou dostupných nástrojů, sběrem dat u vybraných subjektů a samotnou tvorbou obsahové a funkční stránky nástroje.This diploma thesis is focused on the development of a new digital tool for the needs of occupational risk assessment in hairdressing services. The purpose of the tool is to assist the self-employed and employers with a maximum of 25 employees to carry out one of the basic duties in the field of safety and health at work. To fulfill the aim of the work, the first part is devoted to the analysis of the issue of risk assessment and the obligations arising from the legislation.
