[Abstract] In the 1980’s, important social movements formed around an ecological conscience, but
also around a strategic conscience. Regarding the later, there was a democratization and an
appropriation of the knowledge that had almost always been reserved for the military, and a
growing perception of the reciprocity of security. At the same time, different indications made
