[Resumo] Neste traballo recóllese todo o referente do punto de vista lexislativo á situación de desigualdade da muller que sofre unha discapacidade, así como tamén se valoran as políticas de emprego econtratación reguladas no marco xurídico español e europeo. Do mesmo xeito, trátase a inserción laboral da muller con discapacidade a través do emprego con apoio e faise referencia ás cifras das mulleres discapacitadas contratadas, as cales revelan a súa discriminación con respecto aos homes discapacitados.[Abstract] This paper includes everything from the legislative point of view concerning the situation of inequality of the woman who suffers from a disability. Employment and recruitment policies,as regulated in the Spanish and European legal framework, are also evaluated. Likewise, we address the labour insertion of women with disabilities through supported employment. Reference is made to the figures of disabled women employed, which reveal their discrimination with respect to disabled men
