[Resumen] El derecho administrativo del siglo XXI ha de adaptarse con mayor intensidad a
los postulados del Estado de Derecho. En concreto, es necesario revisar los distintos
poderes y potestades de que dispone la Administración para asegurar que se construyen,
diseñan e interpretan al servicio objetivo del interés general. Esta tarea justifica que las
nuevas de investigación, como la del Derecho Administrativo Global, se inserten desde
el principio en los principales parámetros del Estado de Derecho.[Abstract] Administrative law in the 21st century has to adapt to the postulates of democra-
tic rule of law with greater intensity. More specifically, it is necessary to review the dif-
ferent legal powers and authority in the hands of the government, to make sure it is
built, designed and interpreted for the common good. This task justifies new research,
such as in Global Administrative Law, being inserted from the start in the main para-
meters of democratic rule of law
