[Resumen] Análisis del proceso de reforma laboral italiano llevado a cabo desde los comienzos
del siglo XXI –popularmente conocido en Italia con el nombre de «reforma
Biagi»–, y que constituye el intento del último Gobierno Berlusconi por cumplir los
deberes impuestos por Europa a través de las trascendentales Recomendaciones sobre
el empleo, en las que sistemáticamente se viene indicando desde 2000 qué es lo que en
esta materia «Italia debería» hacer.[Abstract] Analisys relating to the italian process of labour reform, which was carried out
from the beginnings of the XXIst century –popularly known in Italy as “Biagi reform”–,
and which involves the attempt of the last Mr. Berlusconi´s Government in order to
accomplish with what was required from Europe, through the essential
Recommendations on the employment, in which is sistematically pointed out, from
2000, what “Italy should” do on this matter
