[Resumen] Este artículo pretende analizar las posibles sombras de inconstitucionalidad de
la regulación de algunos derechos políticos en el marco de la legislación española de
extranjería, que actualmente impide el ejercicio de los derechos de reunión, manifestación,
asociación, sindicación y huelga a los extranjeros en situación administrativa
irregular.[Abstract] This article attempts to analyse in depth the unconstitutional shadows of the
regulation of some political rights in the setting of the Spanish aliens legislation, that
actually prevents illegal immigrants to exercise the freedom of association, demonstration,
join a union and to go on strike
