[Resumen] En este artículo se analiza la Ley orgánica de medidas de protección integral contra
la violencia de género en su vertiente penal tras haber pasado revista a las principales
reformas que sobre esta cuestión se habían llevado a cabo por sucesivas leyes modificativas
del Código Penal. Se elucidan las dudas que algún sector de la doctrina alberga en
torno a la cuestión de la presunta inconstitucionalidad de ciertas disposiciones y se comentan
los distintos preceptos penales que resultan modificados por la nueva normativa.[Abstract] This article analizes the Organic law that regulates the measures of integral protection
against gender violence from a penal point of view, after revise the different
laws that have changed Spanish Penal Code. Moreover, the text tries to resolve some
