[Resumen] La Constitución Española impone a los poderes públicos la tarea de promover las distintas formas de participación en la empresa. Una de las técnicas de participación en la empresa la constituyen, precisamente, las sociedades cooperativas y, por este motivo, son objeto de respaldo constitucional.
