[Resumen] Este artículo pretende abordar el estudio del marco constitucional de los derechos
y libertades de los extranjeros en España, partiendo de la interpretación del artículo
13 de la Constitución española y dedicando una especial atención a aquel derecho
que más claramente se ha limitado para el extranjero y que resulta clave para el ejercicio
de otros muchos constitucionalmente reconocidos: el derecho a la libertad de circulación
y residencia.[Abstract] This article pretends to analyse the study of constitutional regime of rights and
