[Resumen] En este trabajo se presentan algunas de las principales aportaciones de la actividad
consultiva del Tribunal de Justicia de las Comunidades Europea y se examina el
alcance que estas han tenido en el desarrollo del Derecho de la Unión Europea.
Especialmente, en dos campos: el de la personalidad jurídica de la CE y el de la dimensión
