This article is divided in three parts: 1 – Rock art from the Hillfort’s Culture, with examples found in the interior of settlements; 2 – Filiform and “polissoir” rock art from Portugal, mentioning the main regions where this kind of art appears; 3 – A new emerging paradigm in protohistoric rock art: the North-East of Greece. Despite this region being far from the Iberian Peninsula, the work carried out at Philippi since 2005 by a Greek-Italian-Portuguese team contributed with important elements for a better understanding of the Protohistoric societies from the South of Europe, through the figures carved on the rocks.Este articulo está dividido en tres partes: 1 – Arte rupestre de la Cultura Castreña, con ejemplos encontrados en el interior de los poblados; 2 – Arte rupestre filiforme y a “polissoir” en Portugal, mencionando las principales regiones donde este tipo de arte aparece; 3 – Un nuevo paradigma emergente en el arte rupestre protohistórico: el nordeste de la Grecia. Independientemente de que esta región se emplaza lejos de la Península Ibérica, los trabajos desarrollados en Philippi por un equipo greco-ítalo-portugués, desde 2005, han contribuido con elementos importantes al mejor entendimiento de las sociedades protohistóricas del Sur de Europa, a través de los motivos grabados en las rocas
