Abstract

Los presupuestos con perspectiva de género se constituyen como una poderosa herramienta para analizar el impacto diferenciado que tienen los presupuestos de los gobiernos sobre mujeres y hombres e introducir las medidas necesarias para responder a las necesidades de ambos. A través de esta investigación se quiere mostrar el itineris que ha seguido la Comunidad Autónoma Andaluza en la integración de la perspectiva de género en sus presupuestos públicos durante la vigencia del extinto «Decreto 93/2004, de 9 de marzo, por el que se regula el informe de evaluación de impacto de género en los proyectos de ley y reglamentos que apruebe el Consejo de Gobierno» cuya regulación sirvió para que la Comunidad Autónoma Andaluza se convirtiese en un referente internacional en la aplicación de políticas públicas que eliminan la brecha de desigualdad entre varones y mujeres.Gender-sensitive budgets are a powerful tool to analyze the differential impact of government budgets on women and men and to implement the measures required to meet their needs. This research aims to show the progress made by the Autonomous Community of Andalusia in mainstreaming the gender perspective in the budgets approved under the late Decree 93/2004, of March 9, regulating the evaluation report of the gender impact on draft laws and regulations adopted by the Governing Council. With this regulation, the Autonomous Community of Andalusia became an international benchmark in the implementation of public policies that eliminate the inequality gap between men and women
