Abstract
La evolución del concepto de seguridad en los últimos años ha desplazado la atención hacia aspectos no estratégicos. Aparece así una seguridad y defensa no ligado solo a lo militar sino atenta a otros temas como religión, tráfico ilegal etc...The evolution of the concept of security in recent years has shifted attention towards non-strategic aspects.
