Este artículo se ocupa de las potencialidades
y las limitaciones bioéticas
del Consentimiento Informado.
Trabajar en el Consentimiento Informado
requiere profundizar en muchas
otras cuestiones claves de la bioética
como son la relación médico-paciente,
los diferentes modelos en bioética, los
principios de la bioética y, más en especial,
el respeto a la autonomía, los
fundamentos bioéticos de la investigación
clínica , entre otros. En el primer
apartado, se contextualizará el tema de
los Consentimientos Informados en general
; en el segundo, se fundamentarán
desde valores y principios bioéticos; y
en el último se destacarán, las debilidades
y limitaciones de los Consentimientos
Informados.This work deals with the bioethical
potentials and limitations of informed
consents. Working on this íssue
requires thoroughly addressing
many key bioethical questions, such
as the doctor-patient relationship, the
various models in bioethics, the principles
of bioethics and, more particularly,
respect for autonomy or the
bioethical fundamentals of clinical research,
amongst others. In this vein,
the first section contextualises the
general issue of informed consents by
analysing its background and current
state. The second presents a theoretical
basis using bioethical values and
principles. The third, considers the
weak points and limitations of infonned
consents
