De las perspectivas docentes transmisivas y constructivas a la construcción compartida del conocimiento : satisfacción e implicación profesional del profesorado de secundaria

Abstract

We have verified the existence of two different teaching perspectives in former studies: a transmissive perspective and a constructive one. In present research we are going to deal with the relation between these teaching perspectives, which connect thinking and action, and satisfaction and implication level of teachers in their educational task. In this way, we will be able to show relevant conclusions and useful guidelines for teachers training. We point out a new teaching perspective, a sociocommunity one, that overcomes the contradictions of constructive approach that has been developed in our country during the last three decades
