A lo largo del año 2011 los pronunciamientos del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunidad Valenciana relacionados con el medio ambiente han sido numerosos y de gran variedad temática; ello puede tener dos lecturas: por una parte, que los daños al medio ambiente se han convertido, lamentablemente, en una constante; por otra, con carácter positivo, el mayor control que los tribunales hacen del medio natural, favoreciendo su protecciónAl llarg de l’any 2011 els pronunciaments del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de la Comunitat Valenciana relacionats amb el medi ambient han estat nombrosos i de gran varietat temàtica.
