The configuration of the myth of Doñana in the literature of travel.- I analyze how the myth of Doñana has been historically configured according to three main values: its flora and fauna, the fact of being a hunting paradise, and its attractive landscape. After having systematically studied this myth throughout the literature of travel, I reach the conclusion that this myth has been forged in a discontinuous way across centuries, and that it acquires its definitive form in the Romanticism.Se analiza cómo históricamente se ha conformado el mito de Doñana con tres valores básicos: su flora y fauna; el ser paraíso cinegético; y sus paisajes atrayentes. Este mito se estudia sistemáticamente a base de la literatura de viajes y se concluye que se forja discontinuamente a lo largo de los siglos pero que definitivamente se conforma en el Romanticismo
