The Purpose of the research is review the free software that can be used in the study
of topics of computer graphics and animation on informatics lessons. The Object is a
vector graphics editor Inkscape, bitmap Gimp, vector animation Synfig Studio. The
Subject of the research is implementation free software of computer graphics and
animation in school. Educational Institutions feel a lack of funding of software, there
is a problem more acute transition of the free software, including software for
