Досліджено застосування класичних і сучасних адекватних, своєчасних та оптимальних інструментів антикризового менеджменту. З метою обґрунтування застосування інструментів антикризового менеджменту проведено дослідження функцій антикризового менеджменту, а саме: прогнозування і планування, організації, мотивації і контролю. Визначено поняття основних функцій антикризового менеджменту, уточнення їх цілей, завдань та особливостей. На основі проведеного дослідження запропоновано класифікувати інструменти антикризового менеджменту за функціональним призначенням.The main purpose of the article is to study the use of crisis management tools. In accordance with the basic principles of crisis management, it is important in implementing this type of management is to apply adequate, timely and optimal management tools – methods and models used in solving problems and achieving the goals of management of its information, methodological and organizational support. In order to study crisis management tools, we have studied classical and modern crisis management tools and their functionality for practical use. The objective of the article is to determine the main functions of crisis management. Thus in previous works the author has proposed to define «crisis management» as the process of planning, organization, motivation and control, carried out with the aim of predicting the occurrence, prevention, and overcoming the crisis, with its inevitability, the output of the crisis with minimal losses, it has been classified the crisis instruments used for: Forecasting and planning; Organization; Motivation; Control. The objective of the article is to clarify goals, objectives and features of basic functions of crisis management. The task of this article is classification tools of crisis management by these functions. The research is carried out by the analysis of scientific literature and the author's own conclusions
