Проаналізовано особливості законодавчого регулювання державно-приватного партнерства. Наведено основи його реалізації в частині часткового передавання приватному партнеру права на операційне управління об’єктами інвестицій. Визначено проблеми реалізації державно-приватного партнерства в умовах сьогодення та необхідність удосконалення чинного законодавства задля покращення інвестиційної привабливості України. Наразі постає нагальна необхідність чіткого законодавчого затвердження надання приватними інвесторами державних гарантій та фінансової підтримки. Реалізація положень державно-приватного партнерства дозволяє створити довготривалі дипломатичні відносини.The article analyzes the features of legislative regulation of public-private partnerships. It shows the implementation of problems for today's conditions. The necessity is improving the current legislation to improve the investment attractiveness of Ukraine nowadays. Currently, there is an urgent necessity of legislative approval for private investors to provide government guarantees and financial support. The implementation of public-private partnership creates a long-term diplomatic relations. The creation of this public-private partnership should be mutually beneficial long term cooperation in the creation or modernization existing facilities, which need investment. Submission of proposals of implementation public-private partnerships, analyze the efficiency of the implementation of public-private partnerships, identify risks associated with public-private partnership, training and the competition to determine the private partner determined by regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
