Abstract
Акцентовано увагу на інноваційному шляху розвитку промисловості України. Обумовлено необхідність стабільного функціонування машинобудівного комплексу як матеріально-технічного базису забезпечення економічної безпеки країни. Проведено аналіз системи показників інноваційної діяльності ПАТ «Новокраматорський машинобудівний завод». Виявлено основні тенденції та проблеми інноваційного розвитку сучасного машинобудівного підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо формування інноваційної стратегії розвитку вітчизняних підприємств машинобудівного комплексу. Наведено основні складові системи формування інтелектуального потенціалу та безперервного професійного розвитку персоналу машинобудівного підприємства. Виділено перспективні напрями стратегічного управління бізнес-системою ПАТ «Новокраматорський машинобудівний завод».The essence of the Ukrainian industry’s transition to innovative model of development is emphasized in the paper. The formation of innovative strategy of machine-building enterprises is considered in order to be the integral requirement for an economy efficient functioning. The need in a stable functioning of machine-building industry as a material and technical base of ensuring economic security of the country is grounded. The indices characterizing the efficiency of the innovative activity of Public Joint-Stock Company "Novokramatorskyi Mashynobudivnyi Zavod" are analyzed. The negative impact of economic recession on the efficiency of innovative enterprise activity is also outlined based on calculated indicators. Beyond this, the intellectual capacity and professional growth of the staff who are engaged in machine-building enterprises are immersed and characterized. The key processes in the strategic management of the business system of the Public Joint-Stock Company "Novokramatorskyi Mashynobudivnyi Zavod" (new product development, investment management in scientific researches, after sales service, staff management, technical support of the production) are considered. The main tendencies and problems of innovative development of the modern machine-building enterprises are revealed. The recommendations for the formation of innovative development strategy of the domestic machine-building enterprises are developed. The basic components of the formation of intellectual capacity and continuous professional development of the machine-building enterprise are identified. The perspective directions of Public Joint-Stock Company "Novokramatorskyi Mashynobudivnyi Zavod" business system strategic management are highlighted
