Los medios de comunicación y la institución educativa han de contribuir al fortalecimiento de la democracia con el convencimiento de su responsabilidad social; sobre todo, porque, en gran medida, depende de ellos la percepción que tengamos del presente, sobre el cual vamos a construir nuestra idea del pasado.
