Abstract

¿Cuál es la tarea esencial del Poder Judicial? Esclarecer los hechos, interpretar y aplicar la Ley y ejecutar la pena con la finalidad de realizar los derechos fundamentales y demostrarnos a todos que efectivamente lo están haciendo.
