The growth of investments in Ukraine has not yet threatening 
economic security of the country because of the relatively small amount of 
capital invested. However, one must take into account all the possible 
positive and negative effects of foreign direct investments for the host 
country. 
However, there are many issues in terms of improving the 
investment climate of the state, which according to international financial 
analytics company, is extremely unfavorable. 
The negative performance of the investment climate in Ukraine 
includes such factors as: 
1. Imperfect legal field.  
2. Political instability. 
3. The unpredictability and opacity of public policy. 
4. Excessive fiscal activity of the state. 
5. Narrowness of the internal market and the absence of its 
structure. 
6. Burdensome customs policy. 
7. Low quality of life. 
 
 
ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS

The planet Earth is only a tiny part of the universe, but it's the only 
place where human beings can live. Today, our planet is in serious 
danger.  The poisoning of the world's land, air and water is the fastest-
spreading disease of civilization. If present trends continue for the next 
several decades, our planet will become uninhabitable. 
Overpopulation, pollution and energy consumption have created 
such planet-wide problems as massive deforestation, ozone depletion, acid 
rains and the global warming that is believed to be caused by the 
greenhouse effect. 
Who is to blame for the disaster? The answer is simple: all of us. 
Our forests are disappearing because they are cut down or burnt. If this 
trend continues, one day we won't have enough oxygen to breathe. 
Every ten minutes one kind of animal, plant or insect dies out for 
ever. If nothing is done about it, one million species that are alive today 
will have become extinct twenty years from now.

The seas are in danger. They are filled with poison: industrial and 
nuclear waste, chemical fertilizers   and pesticides. If nothing is done about 
it, one day nothing will be able to live in the seas. 
Air pollution is a very serious problem.  In Cairo just breathing the 
air is dangerous it is equivalent to smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. 
The same holds true for many cities. Industrial enterprises emit tons of 
harmful substances. Emissions have disastrous consequences for our planet. 
They are the main reason for the greenhouse effect and acid rains. 
People are beginning to understand that environmental problems 
are not somebody else's. They join and support various international 
organizations and green parties. Fortunately, it's not too late to solve these 
problems. We have the time, the money and even the technology to make 
our planet a better, cleaner and safer place.  
 
 
ELON MASK: WHAT’S HIS SECRET?

Elon Reeve Musk is a business magnate, investor, engineer and 
inventor. He is the CEO of Tesla Motors and SpaceX companies and the 
chairman of the SolarCity. 
Also Elon Musk is the co-founder of OpenAl, the research artificial 
intelligence company, the first start up in his career which made him a 
millionaire at the age of 28. This company produced the online software for 
newspapers. In 1999 the company was sold, and Elon got 20 billion dollars. 
His another company X.com merged with Confinity and now it’s called 
PayPal which operates online worldwide pay system. Elon  left the 
company but saved his shares. After selling PayPal to e-Bay Elon got 165 
billion dollars.  
Musk has stated that the goals of SolarCity, Tesla Motors and 
SpaceX revolve around his vision to change the world and humanity. 
His goals include reducing global warming through sustainable 
energy production and reducing the "risk of human extinction" by "making 
life multiplanetary", setting up a human colony on Mars. 
Space Exploration Technologies Company was founded in 2002.  It 
was the first private company specializing on  aircraft manufacturing and 
space transport services. In 2012 Elon said about his great plans about 
research and colonization of Mars. As the first step he planned to set up a
