Обґрунтовано структурно-функціональну схему створення та функціонування еколого-ресурсного кластера поводження з відходами.The article formulates the methodological foundations that define organizational and innovative basis for the formation of cluster structures in the field of waste management. The structural-functional scheme of creation and functioning of environmental and resource cluster in the field of waste management is submitted in this article.
