Long aspirations of Ukraine to become an equal member of the
international community and European integration processes caused the
need to bring Ukrainian legal system and legislative framework into line
with international standards. According to the indexes of sociological
research of many international institutions, Ukraine is one of the most
corrupted countries in the world. Taking into account these processes,
along with the other problems and tasks facing Ukraine, the corruption
prevention is getting top priority
